Mobile Personal Training & Small Group Training (2-6 participants)

Looking to get fitter or lose a few kilos? Our mobile personal training services are offered in sessions 60 or 30 minutes in length. They will be designed to meet your goals and can take place at a location and time that suits your schedule. You may even want to partner up with a friend or two and have a small group training session, which will help keep motivation and enjoyment high, and the financial cost low. All training equipment is provided, all you need to do is bring a towel and water bottle. All training packages also include ongoing nutritional advice from a qualified Nutritionist.
